    A one-man Hachioji-style chuka soba shop near Nakagami Station, at this address since 2009, known for very low prices and plenty of chopped onion. The dark soy broth draws on duck and Daisen chicken, with both pork and chicken chashu.

    （英文）About a 5–6 minute walk from Nakagami Station north exit (JR Ome Line). Around 8–9 counter seats; you pay after eating. 3 parking spaces in front. Ask for extra onion (tamanegi mashi). A large chuka soba was about ¥900 in a recent review; the regular was ¥550 in 2021.
