我们用日语信息来源核实每家店：店铺或经营方自己的公告、场馆和商场的通知、本地新闻、拉面信息网站以及亲自到访者的报告。这里的每条关闭信息都标有以下两种依据等级之一：
- A: 有力依据：店铺、经营方、场馆公告或带日期的新闻报道
- B: 可靠依据：拉面信息网站的收录信息或亲自到访者的报告
无法证实的消息、来源说法不一致，或无法确定指的是哪家店时，我们不会标为关闭。这些店会优先重新核实。
关闭信息只针对一个地址。连锁店的某家分店关闭，不影响品牌和其他分店；同一地点开了新店，也是另一家店，我们不会把两者联系起来。只有来源写明日期时才给出日期，否则只写已知的情况，例如“2017年11月前后”或“不详”。
