- B: 可靠依據：拉麵資訊網站的資料或親自造訪者的報告
無法證實的消息、來源說法不一，或無法確定指的是哪家店時，我們不會標示為歇業。這些店會優先重新查證。
歇業資訊只針對單一地址。連鎖店的某家分店歇業，不影響品牌與其他分店；同一地點開了新店，也是另一家店，我們不會把兩者連在一起。只有在來源載明日期時才標示日期，否則只寫出已知的部分，例如「2017年11月左右」或「不明」。
