Jeder behält seine Seite, mit Schließungsdatum, Belegen und geöffneten Läden in der Nähe, damit Sie es wissen, bevor Sie losfahren.

So prüfen wir
Wir prüfen jeden Laden anhand japanischsprachiger Quellen: Mitteilungen des Ladens oder Betreibers, Hinweise von Veranstaltungsorten und Einkaufszentren, Lokalnachrichten, Ramen-Verzeichnisse und Berichte aus erster Hand. Jede Schließung hier hat eine von zwei Belegstufen:
- A: Starker Beleg: der Laden, sein Betreiber, ein Veranstaltungsort oder ein datierter Pressebericht
- B: Verlässlicher Beleg: ein Eintrag in einem Ramen-Verzeichnis oder ein Bericht aus erster Hand
Meldungen, die wir nicht bestätigen konnten, bei denen sich die Quellen widersprechen oder bei denen unklar ist, welcher Laden gemeint ist, werden nicht als geschlossen markiert. Diese Läden prüfen wir zuerst erneut.
Eine Schließung gilt für eine Adresse. Wenn eine Filiale einer Kette schließt, sind die Marke und ihre anderen Filialen nicht betroffen, und wenn in denselben Räumen ein neuer Laden eröffnet, ist das ein anderer Laden, also verknüpfen wir die beiden nicht. Ein Datum nennen wir nur, wenn eine Quelle es angibt; sonst steht dort, was bekannt ist, etwa „um November 2017“ oder „unbekannt“.
