    A long-running Fujisawa shop opened in 2007 by a former ship's cook who trained at Shinasobaya under the late Minoru Sano and once ran that shop for him. The chicken-led broth stars in a shio wonton men that placed 13th in the TRY Ramen Awards 2025 veteran-shop salt category.
