    A niboshi specialist founded in 2009 and often the first name mentioned for niboshi ramen in Hachioji, listed among Tabelog's Ramen Hyakumeiten 2025. Its niboshi ramen placed 2nd in TRY 2019 veteran niboshi; the founding chef retired in February 2020 and the shop carries on.
