A miso specialist that moved from Nakameguro to Mizonokuchi in December 2024, searing its own additive-free, hand-made miso in a wok before the soup goes in, then pouring it over slippery curly noodles. The menu is short: yaki miso ramen, a plain ramen and a spicy miso version.
