    A roadside lunch shop in rural Kuki known for house-made noodles using Hokkaido-grown wheat such as Haruyokoi, served as tsukemen or in ramen. A spicy "kara-atsu soba" with adjustable heat is the other signature, in a bright room with counter and table seats.
