    A Hokkaido-style miso ramen shop in Machida whose signature oyaji-men pairs a pork-bone broth and house spiced miso with curly medium-thick egg noodles shipped from Kobayashi Seimen in Hokkaido and a big heap of vegetables. Spicier options include the chilli-miso Karappu-men and Orojan, where you pick a heat level from 1x to 10x.
