    A hugely popular Mitaka shop that reopened about five minutes from its old site in 2025, known for an elegant tanrei shoyu ramen and a kombu-water tsukemen in shio. Niboshi ramen, limited bowls and side dishes with drinks (like grilled Hinai chicken gizzards) make it a place to linger.
