    Saitama's famous shio ramen specialist, serving nothing but salt ramen since 1999. The clear, savoury shio broth draws a queue at its six-seat counter, and the bowl named after the shop is the classic order, with chashu-men for meat lovers.

The shop was temporarily closed at the end of Dec 2025 with reopening planned for mid-January (local news); later posts show it trading. Seats/parking/non-smoking from RamenDB snippet; cash from a blog. Hotpepper result was a different address (野火止4-9-8, an old unofficial listing), not used.
