    An Iekei shop on Route 16 in Sayama opened by a former cleaning-business owner who loved Iekei so much he trained at an Iekei shop to make his own; the name combines the initials of his three children. Its rich pork-bone soy ramen placed 5th in TRY 2025 new-shop tonkotsu.
