    An abura-soba (soupless noodle) specialist from the MENSHO group right outside Akebonobashi Station, aiming for a bowl that's 'healthy yet destructively good'. The signature GACHI abura soba comes loaded with two kinds of chashu; a seared-chashu abura soba is another favourite.
