    A Tokorozawa shop opened in 2003 by Jun Matsumoto, a former Chinese-cuisine chef who trained for two years at the original Higashi-Ikebukuro Taishoken. It keeps close to the head shop's style, and both its morisoba (dipping noodles) and chuka soba ranked in TRY 2025.
