A niboshi (dried sardine) ramen specialist in residential Jiyugaoka run by a former comedian who trained at Chuka Soba-ya Ito. The signature ¥2,000 bowl pairs an intense sardine broth with pork chashu and Wagyu roast beef, and it won the niboshi category of the TRY 2025 famous-shop awards.
