    A Sangenjaya ramen bar opened in 2006 by Shogo Takashima, who trained at the late Kyodo favourite Kiorite. It pairs MSG-free ramen, including a chicken paitan that ranked 2nd in TRY 2025, with 20-plus imo shochu and daily small plates.
