    A self-taught Akasaka tonkotsu shop, opened in 2014, that boils its own super-rich pork-bone soup with a hybrid method mixing fresh batches with older broth. Its ramen placed 7th in the tonkotsu category of the TRY 2025 established-shop awards, and the first refill of noodles is free.
