    A Tsubame-Sanjo-style back-fat niboshi shop near Kinshicho, opened in 2022 by a former manager of Hongo's Nemuru who has lived in Sumida for over 20 years. Its squid-and-back-fat niboshi chuka soba took 2nd in the niboshi category of the TRY 2022 new-shop awards.
