    A July 2022 franchise of the MANNISH back-fat shio ramen brand beside the Nippori-Toneri Liner, run by the owner of a local karaoke chain. The signature bowl floats plenty of sweet pork back fat on a clear salt soup with wakame, alongside a Tsubame-Sanjo-style ramen and lighter salt or soy versions.
