    A Tateishi evening noodle-and-congee shop opened in 1997 by Kenji Anzai, who trained in Chinese kitchens for ten years and runs the popular cooking channel 'Kenmasu Cooking' (750,000+ subscribers). Its miso 'komen' ranked in TRY 2025's miso category.
