    A Kikukawa niboshi shop by Tsubasa Takano, an apprentice of Ramen Uzurai (now Uzu to Kaminari), who opened in Matsudo in 2019 after pop-up runs and moved here in February 2023. Its niboshi-forward shoyu ramen ranked 5th for niboshi in TRY 2025.
