    A niboshi ramen specialist a minute from Nishi-Eifuku Station, a fresh start from the team behind an earlier niboshi favourite. Its soup uses six or more kinds of dried sardines simmered in two stages for a big, aromatic sardine hit, with kaedama (extra noodles to mix) available to finish.
