    A one-man shop in Sakuragaoka where Kenji Sasaki makes the noodles, cooks and serves on his own, after opening in Machiya in 2001 and moving here in 2007. His ramen placed 2nd in TRY 2025's mixed-broth category and his tsukemen ranked too.
