    A Shimokitazawa shop opened in May 2026 by a brand that made its name in Sendai and has now returned to Shimokitazawa, where it began. The signature is a Sendai-miso spicy mazesoba with a choice of chewy or thick 'washi-washi' noodles, alongside a white-shoyu ramen.
