    A Nakano shop opened in February 2025 under the guidance of Hachioji's acclaimed Hokkori Chuka Soba Motsuke. The MSG-free soup, built on niboshi and katsuobushi, is clear but full-bodied, paired with house-made noodles, with tantanmen and tsukemen alongside the chuka soba.
