A 'noodles and sushi' shop opened in July 2024 by a young couple, where a chef from a Ramen 100 shop serves ramen fragrant with freshly shaved katsuobushi alongside nigiri made from fish delivered daily from Toyosu. The bushi soba uses a clean, dried-seafood-only broth with thin flat noodles.

（英文）7–8 minutes' walk from Chitose-Karasuyama Station (Keio Line), or 11 from Roka-Koen. Pair your bowl with a 2-piece nigiri set. 20 seats including 7 at the counter; non-smoking, kids welcome. Cash only (no cards or e-money per Hotpepper). Tables can be booked online via Hotpepper. Bushi soba shoyu ¥900, 2 nigiri ¥300 (2024 blog).
