    An MSG-free, house-made-noodle shop near Kanazawa-Bunko Station, whose name reads 'Hoshi no Chuka Soba' (Planet Earth's chuka soba). Its refined shio soba is among Kanagawa's most praised, offered with shrimp, pork or mixed wontons, alongside shoyu, tantanmen and occasional specials.
