A Chofu favourite near Tsutsujigaoka Station whose owner comes from Japanese cuisine, bringing a washoku touch and MSG-free dashi to gentle niboshi ramen. Fine, straight noodles carry a soup where dried-sardine aroma and soy sauce come together.
