A ramen specialist one minute from Hon-Kugenuma Station, run by a chef with over 20 years at the stove, which reopened here in 2022 after starting as Menya Urai in Tsujido. Additive-free soups meet house-made noodles of 100% Japanese wheat, served from a small counter behind a famously imposing door.
