The second brand of the famous Chuka Soba Yotsuba, opened in September 2020 by the same owner to take Yotsuba's 'green' a shade deeper; he visits producers to pick ingredients himself. Its kuro dashi shoyu ramen with Shiretoko chicken and moromi pork took 2nd in TRY 2025 veteran shoyu.
