    A Jiro-inspired shop right by Tsurugashima Station, run by an owner who worked in izakaya and motsuyaki before two years at Menya HERO, and who also heads a plastics company. The emulsified, thick pork soup took 4th in TRY 2025 new-shop tonkotsu.
