    A small miso and spicy-miso ramen specialist near Ukima-Funado, run by a chef with 13 years in ramen, including training at Menya Natsumi in Kita ward, who developed the recipes with his wife. Its miso ramen with pork-belly chashu took 3rd place for new miso shops in the TRY Ramen Awards 2025.
