    Opened in June 2025 by a former truck driver who trained for three years across the Menpeki Kunen shops in Igusa, blending seasonal, carefully chosen niboshi for his broth. The niboshi soba with shoulder and belly chashu placed 3rd in the TRY Ramen Awards 2025 new-shop niboshi category.
