Run by a chef who spent over ten years at Sapporo's famous Sumire, this Itabashi shop serves a rich but drinkable miso ramen alongside shoyu and shio. It placed 2nd for miso in the TRY 2020 newcomer awards and has been a regular in the TRY established-shop rankings since.
