    A Nishi-Sugamo chuka soba shop opened in April 2020 by a chef from the Chibakiya family of shops, serving from 9 in the morning. The menu is chuka soba and tsukesoba in shoyu or shio, built on a gentle chicken-and-pork broth with dried-fish depth and springy egg-style curly noodles, plus a limited bowl on the first Sunday of each month.
