Opened in January 2020 by Yoshitaka Abe, a graduate of the Menya Itto group, on the site of the former Tsukemen Itto near Shin-Koiwa Station. Everything centres on duck: duck-dashi chuka soba in shoyu or shio, and a premium 'saijo kamo' tsukemen with a combined dipping sauce.
