    A Gakugei-daigaku shoyu ramen shop opened in 2009 by a Setagaya group alumnus, with a seafood-forward soup built on sardine, bonito and kombu. Shoyu ramen and a yuzu-scented white-shoyu ramen are the two mainstays, with tsukemen outside winter.
