    A six-seat shio ramen counter tucked down a lane by Yushima Station, open since 2009, with a clear soup seasoned with Rausu salt from Shiretoko and a tare of scallop and kombu. Sichuan tantanmen and a dinner-only miso ramen round out the menu, and it stays open late.
