    An Ekoda shop from Takamasa Yamaguchi, who trained in Sichuan cooking and ran a Chinese restaurant in Choshi before relocating to Tokyo in 2012. It's known for two very different bowls: a clear shio ramen that took 1st for shio in TRY 2020, and an authentic soupless tantanmen.
