    Open since July 2007 near Ochanomizu, Daishi aims to make 'the very best ordinary ramen': a carefully balanced shoyu bowl. House wontons and chashu are the classic upgrade.

    （英文）5-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line). Counter seats only (12–15). Cards, Suica/PASMO and PayPay are accepted. Ramen is about ¥930 and the chashu wonton noodles ¥1,450. Saturday is lunch only. Takeaway packs are sold at the counter.
