    A Machida shio specialist opened in 2024 by Shintaro Sekiguchi, who trained at Hirugao, the Setagaya group's shio brand, and ran the well-known Shio Ramen Shinka from 2007. Both his shio ramen and shio tsukemen ranked in TRY 2025.
