    A nine-seat Omori shop whose soup leans unusually heavily on vegetables, alongside Shingen chicken, Iwanaka pork, duck, niboshi and bonito. Hand-made-style noodles from 100% domestic wheat come with four kinds of chashu, including hung-roasted chicken thigh.
