A Totsuka shop making its own noodles, run since 2016 by a veteran who first opened a ramen shop in 2001 and appeared in TRY in 2015 with Chuka Soba Hiro. Its shio ramen is a TRY regular, 1st in salt for 2024–25 and 2nd in the 2025 veteran salt category, with a toasted-leek version as a popular twist.

North Exit) to 'Shindo Osakaue', then 4 minutes on foot. 10+ parking spaces. Lunch only; frequent ad-hoc closures, so check X. Ticket machine; cash only. Shio ramen ¥900, shio kogashi-negi ¥950–970, chuka soba ¥700.
