A tonkotsu shop opened in September 2024 on a back street of Fukutomicho, by a former izakaya worker who spent a year tasting every tonkotsu style he could before going solo. The aim is rich but not heavy; the ramen took 6th in TRY 2025 new-shop tonkotsu, with a curry tonkotsu as the other regular bowl.
