    Opened in March 2022 under the tracks at Toritsu-Daigaku by the founder of Tsukemen TETSU, this shop serves 'kamatama' chuka soba: freshly made noodles tossed udon-style with egg and seasoning to show off the noodle itself. The basic kamatama won 1st in TRY 2022 new-shop soupless, and after 23:00 the shop turns into a Jiro-style late-night alter ego.
