    A five-place standing counter in the Higashi-Koji eatery alley by Oimachi Station, opened in December 2023 as a new brand of Fuji City's Raamen Taizan, using an iriko (dried anchovy) dashi recipe inherited from Meguro's Shina Soba Katsumaru. It opens early for a cheap morning ramen, then serves lunch bowls from the light-soy iriko to a loaded special topped with fried tofu, tenkasu and wontons.
