One of the most popular shops in the Shinjuku-Gyoemmae ramen cluster, opened in March 2021 by a Hokkaido-born owner who trained at several well-known Tokyo shops. Clear soy shina soba (or a white-soy version) comes with juicy pork and shrimp wontons, plus a kelp-water tsukemen.
