    A small Kamata-area shop built around 'sara Taiwan', a fiery soupless take on Nagoya's Taiwan ramen learned from Nagoya's Jinsei Gyoza and crowned here with a huge, thick slab of roast pork. It relocated from Hamamatsucho and reopened here in September 2024; chashu fried rice is the other favourite.
