    Opened in March 2025 in the Mone-no-sato Mall and supervised by the founder of Kanagawa's hit shop Ramen Hikage, Kokage serves the same kind of one-of-a-kind extra-thick house-made noodles. The shio ramen is the headline, balancing salt with a gentle sweetness; shoyu, onion and garlic ramen are also on the menu.
