The 'branch of the head house' of Ichijoryu Ganko, the cult ramen school founded by Ichijo Yasuyuki, now run by his chosen successor after stints managing the Meguro shop and the head house. Hidden down a lane off the main street, it serves a deep, punchy stock with yellow wavy noodles boiled for just 40 seconds; the jōhin (refined) salt ramen ranked 16th in TRY 2025 veteran salt.
